This is a 2-day/1 night silent meditation retreat. It begins at 10am on Saturday February24nd and ends at 5.30pm on Sunday February 25. Shared accommodation will be provided for participants at Moksha Spiritual Center. Two vegetarian/vegan meals will be provided on both the days.
Only 13 spaces in the retreat.

The purpose of this silent retreat is to go inwards and observe, accept and regulate our thoughts, feelings. For it is in this silence that we can learn about the microcosm in us and the macrocosm outside us. Silence is the medium of spiritual journeys. Silence is the medium of receiving message from the cosmos. Silence is the medium of accepting and healing ourselves.
While most part of the retreat will be in silence, there will be a few brief "check-points" during the reatreat when Yogi Arvind will offer some guidance and coaching for a smooth experience.
Tentative schedule for the retreat (subject to change)
10am - 12pm: Introduction to meditation, setting up a meditation space/time, obstacles to meditate and integrating meditation in our daily practice, format for the retreat
12pm - 1pm: Lunch
1pm - 3pm: Meditation/Pranayama/Journaling
3pm - 3.30pm: Break/Tea in silence
3.30pm - 5.30pm: Meditation/Pranayama/Journaling
5.30pm - 7pm: Break & personal reflection in silence
7pm-9pm: Dinner and sharing circle
7.30am - 9am: Hike or nature walk, in silence to the extent possible.
9.00am - 10am: Breakfast
10am-11am: Break & personal time in silence
11am - 12.30pm: Meditation/Pranayama/Journaling
12.30pm - 1.30pm: Lunch
1.30pm - 3.30pm: Meditation/Pranayama/Journaling
3.30pm - 4.00pm: Break/Tea
4.00pm - 5.00pm: Meditation/Pranayama/Journaling

About Yogi Arvind
Yogi Arvind is a spiritual: Teacher, Entrepreneur, Activist. He has been teaching Meditation since 2006. He speaks and leads workshops of many other aspects of Raja Yoga and Vedic Sciences such as: Pranayama (Breathwork), Yoga Philosophy, Shaivism, Samkhya and Sanskrit. He is passionate about using yogic principles to create a healthy, peaceful and harmonious life.
